The Only reason this place has one star is because that's the lowest we are allowed to put. I went eat there against my better judgement over the weekend. I will simply say, ""WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!"" The waitress was a temp helper that would go every few months to lend a hand. Not sure why they needed her considering the restaurant was Far from being full and with the reputation this place has, it's a complete surprise they are still open. THE REDECORATING ON THE OUTSIDE DID NOT HELP BOOST SALES. Not only were we told there was only TWO knives in the whole restaurant, we were informed the two that remained were taken out of the trash can. Secondly, they charge for the little butters you get with crackers. Yes you read that correctly. Third, never have I been to place where the menu says 12 wings for a Large order and a person orders a large, receives 10 wings, and will be charged for the 2 extra. The ""owners' explanation, prices are subject to change. Made no sense considering the menu did not say QUANTITY is subject to change. The appetizer came out with the pizza and it was cheap bread, wal mart cheese, and the pepperoni was less than desirable. The cashier was RUDE and at the end of the visit, it was agreed that Pizza Palace is a PIZZA DUMP. Too bad they can't dish the restaurant out of the trash can.
