I went to this office because of their convenient hours, but the staff and dentist are very unprofessional. The dentist rush through the work and run back and forth between patients. They also hold personal conversation with the staff while working in your mouth. I've had to return several times for their sloppy dental work causing discomfort and pain, each time they bill when the work is to correct their prior work. The staff doesn't return calls for billing inquiries and insurance and yourself are billed for work not done. Dr. Moss and the new dentist in her office are not professional and do not take the time to make sure their work is done properly. I have had to go to another dentist to fix crown and fill work done by this office that left me with discomfort and pain for weeks!
