I never been any where in a braid shop and heard customer satisfaction is IMPORTANT, I will tell you Mrs.Grace Stands behind her words and she will make sure you are HAPPY with you hair and just know how to treat you, and if something is not right with your hair she will make sure it is done correctly before you leave. and she does not braid your hair tight like most braiding shops .I will be returning to this braiding shop. I am telling you I have been to some braiding shops in Raleigh and had bad experiences, But here is Great Great Please give Mrs.Grace a chance to became your next stylist I am telling you will not regret it ....
