I just recently took my computer in to PC Guys for its annual checkup. As I took it out of my vehicle and moved to the door a young woman rushed to the door to hold it open for me. Thinking she was only the receptionist I asked if the owner was in. It was then I discovered this woman was a computer tech. She asked what my difficulties were, explained in detail the process for my computer's checkup. I also ordered a virus check because I knew my antivirus coverage had expired.The next day I received a call from the tech to inform me my antivirus coverage had been renewed and was informed that by adding additional RAM the computer's processing could be increased. I agreed. I picked up my computer the next day and got it hooked back up at home, I found it to be working noticeably quicker(I do a number of large spreadsheets). I have found it a very rare quality in businesses that they take the time to keep their customers informed as to the status of the work they are doing.
PC Guys has helped me solve questions I have when ever I have a computer related difficulty. I recommend them anytime I hear anyone who has a computer difficulty or is looking to replace the computer they currently own. I have always found them to be informative, helpful and patient when I am in the store or on the phone with them.
