First of all, let me say that they did a great job and we are now ant free!
They were quick, thorough and efficient. I like the fact that they didn't try to 'guilt' us into signing on for regular maintenance (although I will be using them again and again). However what really impressed me is they sent out a 'Thank You' card that was handwritten, expressing their appreciation for the job. I only had a small job but they made me feel special.
