If you want really cheap apartments in a great location, then terminus will provide you with that, but you have to put up with incompetent management. People will walk into your apartment without permission (illegal by the way), they will refuse to do routine maintenance. My apartment flooded because they had not properly maintained the air conditioning, and my roof routinely leaked. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, and upon leaving, they overcharged me for a partial month because they forgot how much my rent was. There is 0 reward for referrals, and if you break your lease (even if you have someone replace you immediately) you loose your deposit (one month's rent) and have to pay cleaning costs. It's scam. They take advantage of the fact that they were one of the first people to be in downtown Knoxville. All the business they get is because downtown has become very popular. So, if you want to skip the headache please use someone else. It will be worth it in the long run.
