I can't rate their service, they didn't show for the scheduled appointment. From day 1, I told them preferred time or days for the sprinkler blowout. They scheduled me for late day, then changed it to mid day. He agreed to go back to late day, but then no one showed up. I emailed to ask for a reschedule, they didn't reply.
Since emails in the past have been hit or miss dealing with the Groupon, I chose the refund option from Groupon and will move on to someone who will do the sprinkler blowout. Too bad for the company, I need additional service on my sprinkler system, they would have profited from doing the service I had paid to have done.
