The office staff is not friendly nor do they call you back if you leave a message. They have NO sense of urgency and treat you like a number and not a paying customer! Not too smart to piss off your customers in this economy!
The guys that do the work are very nice and very knowledgeable. This is why they got 2 stars. The receptionist deserves 0 stars!
