Requested some medical supplies, stated that I was running low. Liberty representative said 'no problem, you're local-expect delivery in no more than 2 days'. Here it is 5 days later and no supplies. I called today and finally spoke to supervisor-she said shipment is in KY (I live in VA) and to expect it in about 5-7 days. When I told her I was told 2 day delivery she said I should have requested UPS. I told the first person I needed supplies NOW...why didn't she send them the fastest method? Stay away from this company, they are disorganized and unreliable
