I have 3 children and have always had back problems. Being a mom, I put my own needs aside because I'm busy with the family, kids and work. I'm one of those that keep complaining that ""my back hurts"" but I don't do much about it. ;-)
My husband told me that I should go seek help from a Chiropractor. I've toyed with the idea before but I guess I needed a nudge. I have to tell you that with my very first appointment, I was impressed with the staff and Dr. Swanson. They are friendly and make everyone there feel important. I was skeptical at first, but once I had my first adjustment, I felt 95% better! I didn't feel that naggy pinch I always felt doing normal things like sitting, walking or leaning over to reach something. I have talked about them non-stop to my family and friends. I highly recommend Dr. Swanson and his staff!!!
