Rented a Palms apt from them, it is riddled with bedbugs, nothing gets rid of them. Also they will charge you with hidden fees every time you turn your back. Hidden fees for pets, unpaid rent notices about random 2.95 fee on top of your rent, another ten dollar fee on top of that once a year just because. And they will try to blame the bedbugs on the tenant and charge you $800 dollars for the (ineffective) treatment without informing you before-hand. The absolute worst, shadiest, shoddiest place I have ever lived.
