My kids have been at the Goddard School in River's Bend since 2006. My son started off in the pre-K class and both my children have gone to the summer camp program every year. Goddard started picking up at Hopewell schools last year so we're now able to keep them there year round. Summer camp is great, with lots of field trips and activities and after school care is too, with dedicated homework time and staff that is there to help the kids when they need a hand. For a working mom it's a blessing to have smart and enthusiastic teachers helping my kids stay on task. It's not all homework though, there are also lots of games and activities. Every evening when I pick up my kids they're running around, playing and getting exercise (rain or shine, since there's a big gymnasium for the school-agers).
The staff and teachers at Goddard are fantastic. Most of them have been there for years; there's very little turnover which says a lot about the positive environment at Goddard. I definitely recommend Goddard to other parents.
