Mr. Ryan took my case when my former employer tried to deny my unemployment benefits. He was recommended to me by my friend who was also fired by the same employer. He gave me great advice, talked to me like I was an intelligent being and at times gave me a good laugh. He made the appropriate contacts with the appropriate people, and when it came time for the actual hearing (the third appeal), the representatives for my former employer and their attorney were no-shows. Mr. Ryan spent his time and gas money to travel from Lancaster to Columbus for this, only to sit and wait for over an hour with my husband and me. I like to think they chose not to appear because they feared my attorney, even though Mr. Ryan believes they understood they did not have just cause to fire me and they wanted to avoid embarassment. Either way, I won and he helped me keep my head on straight through the whole ordeal. If you need an attorney for a problem like this, he is definitely the one you should choose!
