I am writing this review, so YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT HAPPENED TO ME! I had my '92 Pace Arrow RV towed into Myers RV because of a electrical problem. I called before I had it towed to make sure they were competent about electrical systems on my coach.They told me yes, but could not work on it for at least a week. I had my RV towed in 30 minutes later and was greeted by the owner ""YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED BEFORE YOU TOWED""!!! A bad start to a even worse finish! A work order was filled out WITHOUT an estimate of repairs. After 4 weeks, YES 4 WEEKS, at Myers RV, and without an estimate of repairs, no authorized by myself for parts ordered, I was presented with a bill of over $1,000.00. And included with the bill...""I hope this fixes the problem, because I don't know""..from the mechanic! This is after I told the mechanic was told where the electrical problem was...the wire between the fuel injectors the computer. Besides replacing 3 relays(which the mechanic told me that he did not know if they were bad) and running a fuseable link wire from the fuel injectors to the computer. ALL FOR THE LOW PRICE OF $1088!! So I requested the mechanic to 'rework' the invoice. After a day later, guess what? OH IT IS DOWN TO $728.00! Wow, over $400 OVERCHARGE THEY FOUND! And now on the bottom of the work order...:COACH AS IS, NO WARRANTY'. Wow, it wasn't there when the invoice was over $1,000!! So now the Myers RV is NOT GOING TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Real assuring! So after I pay to get my RV out of the shop after being in there EXACTLY 1 MONTH TO THE DAY, I filed a complaint with the Bureau Of Automotive Repair for 1. Not providing a ESTIMATE OF REPAIRS 2. NOT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER OF PARTS INSTALLED 3.NOT HAVING THE OWNER SIGN A WORK ORDER 4. NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. So like the other reviews...LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Since they ddi not warranty their work and since the RV may shut down at ANY TIME and make driving it NOT SAFE, I will have to take it to a RV shop that KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING! I wish I would have 1. listened to the tow driver when he said ""ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO TAKE IT TO MYERS"" and 2. READ REVIEWS OF THE BUSINESS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! I will keep you updated after BAR looks into Myers RV. The only positive was after I paid, the owner said ""the mechanic does not want to work on your coach again, so don't bring it back'! Thank You For Telling Me This...LOL..LOL.. more
