I was a little panicked when the process seemed to be taking so long, however it was my car's fault it wasn't communicating properly, the tech discovered it was a bad fuse and then everything went smoothly from there, Thanks to everyone they were so helpful and nice from Mike who set the appt to Thavaro who greeted me and got my paperwork together and of cours Zohour who was the tech, thanks a bunch Kniesels you feel like family!
