I've worked with Kniesel's as a subcontractor for over 4 years now and wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else. I get a behind the scenes view of how they care about workmanship and the product they put back on the road. Previously in taking my car to JiffyLube I didn't know any better but always left feeling taken advantage of by their intake person. At Kniesel's I know I'll get an honest eval of my car's safety concerns compared to what things can wait till my next visit.
