I was extermely disappointed in the installation of my new heat pump. I was told by the saleman that installation of any a/c system is most important and that Westbrook prides itself by providing quality installation. I guess he was wrong. The installer never completely sealed around the air handler and I was losing almost 50 of cold air which was important when cooling down a house which had no ac for almost a week in the middle of summer.

Installation and service are our top priorities at Westbrook. After a revisit from the installation team as soon as the problem was known, it was determined that the plenum was separated from the unit which was causing the loss of air. The separation may have been caused by a lack of drying time or mastik.
