I was shocked when I read the review about how terrible and rude Dr. Burnett was. I have been going to VCA Valley for 15 yrs and all of the doctors that have worked there have seen my pets at one time or another. I have always had the upmost care and concern for my pets. They always discussed the what the charges would be, their recommendatiions and options for treatment. They never forced me to do anything that I could not finanically afford and were always willing to find a way to treat my pets economically. When it has come time to say goodbye to one of my pets I have had the doctor sit there with me and help me through the process with tears in his or her eyes. So please don't take that other review to heart. I think it was someone who was trying to get away with not paying for anything-they are always willing to give you a treatment plan with costs on it so you can decide what you want done. They are the best and the staff is so caring, friendly , professional -almost like family. If there is an emergency with one of my pets they are seen immediately.
