I was visited two times. The first time the technician spoke to me about what was needed to have my system properly run. Efficiency is very important to our family. He (Ted) gave me 3 different options which ranged in prices. I was unsure and decided to get 2 more quotes from other companies in the area. When I found out how much more other companies were asking for I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating back. The appointment was set when I was at work and my new bride was home. The respect he gave her by answering all of her questions in detail was superb. My wife told me that he offered a membership which saved us a few hundred dollars; not to mention the money it will save us in the future. You really do mean what you say.
