I was quoted a certain price and received it. Also, I had the rear breaks replaced and the transmission flushed, after 6 years of owning my car. My Midas mechanic did the job very well--my car drives like it hasn't in 6 years. The front desk person was polite and took care of my needs well. All in all, it was painless, although I'm glad the 60 K maintenance costs only happens once every 60K.
