Really wonderful facial by Janet. I didn't expect how many "extras" were included with the fabulouly relaxing treatment. I was a bit put off by the very generic greeting area but, behind the scenes, it was very peaceful. My only negative was that I've never been to this establishment and as I was shown to the locker room I was told that the receptionist would be there to show me to the quiet room.. when I came out there was no one there and I wandered around until someone told me where to go... awkward.
