The setting was lovely & most of the staff were very friendly & helpful. My largest complaint was that staff at the spa at the front desk were a bit unorganized!!! I ordered lunch to have between treatments & no one told me where it was- assisted me with it or anything until I asked. they were also out of products they recommended and incorrectly charged me both times-; the treatment providers were great- just the other staff certainly did not pamper me; my first day there I had to call and request my room get cleaned-.
