First, I want to start by saying, Diane always does an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. She is very personable and always suggests products that can help with my unruly hair. The disappointment is when there are never any products to purchases. This has happened to me several times now. All day I was looking forward to my appointment and purchasing product I needed and left with none of the products I wanted, and pretty upset. In addition, I feel the meet and greet when the costumer arrives is inconstant. I talked to a co-worker about my experience and she said her experience was excellent. She was greeted, offered something hot to drink, received a hot paraffin hand treatment, and at the end of her visit she purchased products. The 2 stars are management.
