Dr. Grant was pleasant and professional as ususal. I have to say though, I have been to your office several times over the last couple of years, and I have yet to really see his face. It would be nice to be spoken to face to face, instead of from behind or while the bright light is blinding. I also had to wait about 35 minutes before being called back. That is a little inconvenient. I usually expect to wait no more than 15 or 20 at the most before I just have to reschedule. Those are just minor things though. Overall the office staff and assistants are extremely friendly and usually pretty fast in and out. Dr. Grant seems very good at what he does and makes it a very comfortable experience.
