I was directed to come in 15 minutes ahead of the appointment for paperwork, and requested to download and complete the paperwork in advance, which I did. I was kept waiting nearly an hour and finally brought back, after later arriving patients, without apology or explanation. By this time I was extremely angry and made this known to the receptionist to no apparent reaction beyond it was "protocol" to have patients arrive early. The actual dental experience was efficient and competent, although a little heavy on the up selling of services. I will continue as a patient but it was a rocky start. more
