I have been going to The Face and the Body for over 10 years. I love the services and the facility. However, I have always found the people in the reception area to be a bit chilli. I recently stopped by to purchase the soap that I use for my face and they were out. The receptionist said the shipment would be in on Tuesday. She said that if I came by on Wednesday it may be still be in someone's office and not one the floor yet, so ask them to look. I pointed out to her the it was Wednesday and perhaps the product was in the person's office and to please check. She told me "no." She and the male receptionist told me they would call me when the product came in. The receptionist made me feel like I inconvenienced him by stopping by. He did nothing to assist me. I left the store, then called back and asked the male to call another store. I asked him if he would do it today? He said " I can't call until I get off the phone with you." He told me I would be called when the product came in. When the product came in no one called me. I finally just bought it some place else.
