I called Acclaimed Services on Saturday and Scott came out to fix my toilet. He was running late, but gave me a call to let me know. It was nice that they came out the same day, bc most places will only allow you schedule later that week. When he arrived, he was pleasant, made conversation, and fixed the issue. I noticed many people are having issues with a certain plumber, so maaaaybe you should ask for someone else from that company. They aren't all the same!
