Really gave this company a chance and tried to use multiple times. Cleaning was really insufficient - paid for a deep cleaning and barely got a slight wipe down. Whole rooms were skipped! They seemed appologetic at the time, but then just kept leading me on and putting me off. I've waited and waited for an apology for items that went missing! Or for the cleaners to even show back up! They got paid, but nobody ever showed to clean the house and nobody ever picks up their phone number
