Have a kitchen faucet that is leaking and tried fixing myself. Called Bishop and they discovered that a different part is causing the problem. Plumber arrived right at scheduled time and very was professional. Have shopped plumbers but the prices are what you would expect for professional services. I require a new faucet to be ordered but anticipate the rest of the process to be just as satisfying.
