I am totaly disatified with your fenton location Ihad a tire in there three different times for repair. It was never repaired properly, as a result of the unskilled people working there my wife had a flat on her way home from work. This caused a great deal of inconvience to her and me. After taking the tire back to your fenton store, i was told there was nothing that they were going to do for the tire. I am a buisness owner myself and I would never treat my customers as rudely as I was treated by your employees. I will never return to Kan Rock for any tire purchase or any other service. After several phone calls to your main office I am still waiting for a responce. I will let all of my customers about the way I was treated by your company.
