Scheduled a service call one week in advance for dishwasher and refrigerator. Both of which were purchased at Mullets along with over $25,000 in other appliances. Told the service department what the error codes were on both appliances and provided credit card information. Stayed home from work on the day of the appointment.\r
Mullets did not show up and when I called the service department they had no record of my appointment. This company is incompetent, I will find someone else to service the appliances that I purchased at Mullets. Never again!
