I have been a customer of Suburban Propane for almost 20 years. They supply propane for my home heating. I have come close to running out of propane at least five times. I don't know why it is up to me to check my tank two days before Christmas, to find my propane level almost at zero, and then have to arrange an emergency delivery which does not come right away. I have had it up to here, and am moving to another company. I need someone who values my business, not someone who takes it for granted. I suggest shopping around before using Suburban Propane. I have found I can not count on them. When shopping fuel prices I find that I can save a lot of money by using another company, but will not mention their name since I do not have any experience with them. Bottom line, shop around.
