I called and asked when their less busy days were for service, and they told me Tue and Wed. I made an appt for one of those days for an oil change. For what should have taken about an hour tops took 3 hours! That was the last time I went. Then they kept sending me pleading letters and ads begging me to come back saying I'm overdue for my car's service. Uh no. I'm going somewhere else obviously. Several years later I called to ask how much a belt cost and the first thing the guy wanted to know was my last name. Huh? So if I didn't tell him the "right" name he'd charge me more? I asked him if giving him my name changed the price. He said he wanted to know what kind of car I had. (Well why didn't he ask me?) I told him the make and year and he hung up! Yeah, OK, then I hung up. Permanently.
