Hello, Yes I agree Dr. Tarantino seems to be competent but his office people making him and customers a lot of problems. Everything you guys said here is truth I had the same bad experience with Kendra, Kristine and other rude workers, they do not do their job as supposed to be. I do not care if they are overloaded with job or not. This is very unprofessional, this is a company that give us a ""new live""- kid not the products from the supermarket, they can not make any mistakes!
We prepare the class action against that clinic, anybody who want to add his story are welcome.
They wasting our time and money because of their ignorance. In my opinion they mislead people do not inform them in purpose, to make lab works two or three times.
they do tests and test all over again but once I paid in full in advance they refused the IVF and asked me to go another time thru the same procedure I did in past few months. This company is huge scam !
Dr. Tarantino have to replace all personnel to be successor doctor otherwise he will spend his whole life in the court.
