I went here on a holiday because my regular doctor was not open. I was prescribed the wrong antibiotic for my condition. Now, six months later, I just got a call from collections, trying to collect for my visit. I presented my insurance card when served. I just found out from my insurance that a claim was never made by Novak! Now, I'm trying to call them to sort it out and have been on hold for over five minutes!
