I went to Dr. Shumway for a simple prescription. I specifically put on my form as a new patient that he was NOT TO USE EYE DROPS as I take medicine that has life-threatening interactions with drops. He DID NOT READ THE FORM AND USED EYE DROPS WITHOUT WARNING AND WITHOUT PERMISSION. This damaged the optic nerve and now my vision is failing and I am suing him.\r
