Thought we were going to get a great deal on a bed set and then when they delivered it the delivery guy was a completely rude because the king sized bed wouldnt fit into the bedroom. He said "why didn't you tell me that you weren't going to keep the bed before I took it out of the box?" How did we know it wasn't going to fit before he took it out of the box? Then they left a peice in the livingroom and the door to the apartment building open with delivery debris everywhere. The door was left open, unbeknownst to us, for 3 hours. It's 20 degrees out! then When we went back to Bobs to see if they had beds that broke down, the saleswomen was overtalking me and the second I said we already bought, her attitude changed and she didn't really care what we had to say. She just kept saying that during the delivery we were to be there to watch the deliery guys every move and to tell them to pick up after themselves and to make sure that they put all of the pieces they delivered into the r
