Highly disappointed. We are new to this area and I have never been treated so poorly before. They love business not animals or people. We had a visit on a Saturday for bloodwork for a procedure and when I came to drop my cat off for that procedure they insisted they had never taken the bloodwork and would have to do it again and charge me for it! They wouldn't even listen as I explained why I was sure there was bloodwork taken. The drs and staff were equally rude. I took my cat home and rebooked the procedure someplace else. Someone else wrote that you get what you pay for...well you certainly don't here. In fact they like to overcharge you.
