An unethical window installer. Placed an order and asked them politely, both verbally and via email, not to order the windows until I received HOA approval. They ordered the windows anyway and after finding out, they lied, made excuses and tried to blame me. Had them cancel the order and refund my deposit. Will never do business with them again.
