I took my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, windshield wiper blades and winter check up. After they finished with my car, I drove back to my home. On a 15 minute drive, I noticed my car was smoking and the oil temp was higher than usual. They left the coolant cap off. The heat stopped working when my car was idle, and the oil temp was getting high enough to be in the danger zone. My father who knows quite a bit when it comes to cars looked at it. Turns out Precision overfilled my oil by a quart and messed with my coolant system. We brought the car back in (I had my dad go with me this time). The man at the front desk argued with us a lot. He claimed he gave me a form and that he offered me services for my coolant, neither of which he did. The mechanic fixed my car, but the front desk person was very rude. I will never go back there again.
