I am surprised that this office has so many negative reviews. I have been a patient at OGFP since 2001 and I have not experienced these problems. \r

I have found the staff friendly and helpful. They have always returned my calls but sometimes the response is slow. I have changed my habits though, if I have a question I send a letter to my doctor through the USPS. This allows me to articulate with thought and cover all topics I want to address prior to scheduling an office visit. Perhaps the person citing the $175 lesson could have written the doctor a letter... \r

Anyway, my doctor is Brown and she is fantastically through.
