i was left standing in the rain when i needed to be en route to the airport. ?the van never showed up and when i called i was told that i needed to make my own way there and that no refund was possible. ?i will not be using them ever again. ?another reviewer (on yelp) reports a nearly identical experience on 12/17/2010, so this was not an isolated event.
