I have been using Zakar's service for years on 2 rental properties and my own home.I have had everything done from installing hot water heaters to backed up sewage (more than once) to installing garbage disposals. I have always gotten a VERY fair price and excellent service in a timely manner. I consider myself to be lucky to have a plumber I can call and know the job will be done well every time.
