I bought a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo from Bertera Chevrolet. I was extremely impressed upon driving up to the dealership, and was immediately greeted at the door. I had done my research and essentially knew which vehicle I wanted to purchase, but I was still impressed with the timely manner in which I walked into the dealership and drove out with my new car. I live on Cape and had mechanical issued a short time after purchase. My muffler began to rot a bit, cause a hole in my muffler, which made it very loud and unsafe due to emissions. I took a chance and called Bertera to tell them about my issue, thinking that I would be told that I was well past the warantee and they would be unable to help me, or would request that I would have to drive from Cape Cod to Palmer to repair it. However, I could not have been more wrong. After speaking with Bertera and discussing my repair, they allowed me to get my car fixed on the Cape, and they sent me a full reimbursement check within days of calling them. Economic times are tough, and Bertera was an enormous help during this time. It is nive to know that they not only care about their cars, but also the people driving them. I would recommend Bertera as the sales staff were extremely professional and they took care of issues immediatelly upon receipt of my phone call. I highly recommend Bertera of Palmer and will definitely be going back there to buy my next car!
