Regarding the previous bad review: She is an accountant, not a magician. If you give false numbers, trying to scam the government to get a larger rebate, that's not Wendy's fault. However, if you want an accountant who will work with you and treat you like a person, not a number in a long line of cattle, contact Wendy.
