I'm sorry you felt this way. If you would have contacted the salon we could have addressed this. Sometimes I make mistakes the only thing I can do is apologize and try to fix them. Yet if you don't speak up to me in person I never know that there was a problem was to fix. I hope you were able to find a stylist that could work with you and if not feel free to come back for a complimentary color and cut of your choice .
I do find it odd that you have posted this on multiple site's yet have never contacted the salon, and I can't seem to find you on my appointment books.... once again I am sorry you felt this way.
