If I could give this guy a negative 10 stars I would. I wish I had seen the review on Oct. 5th before I gave this crook my business. I rented a Uhaul off him which they give you an estimate and then ask for your credit card. He estimated $80 and then billed me $180!!! I tried to get an explanation of the charges and he immediately cops and attitude and tells me ""I did not bill you - Uhaul billed you"". Really, aren't you a business partner of Uhaul since you rent their trucks? Owner says NO. That doesn't even make sense!\r

He offers me no explanation, not even a partial refund and swears at me on the phone. I told him I would report him to the BBB and he told me to do it and he would sue ME for slander! Worst customer service I have ever received in my life, the man I spoke to was a supervisor. I think this was Bob again, just like in the last negative review. He started swearing at me on the phone and I refused to listen to it so I hung up on him. I am calling Uhaul about the incident as well as the BBB. WORST OF THE WORST - DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS.
