Very unhappy with the customer service. I always had a difficult time reaching anyone in the office. If I had any type of problem, issue or concern I would usually get better results by contacting the on site maintenance worker. Now that I've moved out it is even more difficult to talk to a live person at the office. I constantly get automated voices and voicemails where I leave messages and never hear back from anyone. When I go to the office it seems everyone is too busy to talk to me or listen to my concerns. Be careful when dealing with this group!!!
