We had to pay $110.00 for luggage on a trip overseas even though Alpha Travel promised, on paper, that there would be no charge. We immediately contacted Alpha Travel and after six months of countless phone calls, emails and broken promises, the manager, Walid, refused to reimburse us and told us that his company had nohing to do with it but that he will contact the airline company and copy us because he is such a ""nice"" guy. Of course, this promise was also broken. Stay away!
