I filled out the online form on the company website. I explained the problem (possibly mice in crawl space) and submitted it. I never received a phone call or email from Eastside Exterminators letting me know that they had even received my request.\r
Since it was near Xmas, I thought that hey, maybe the company is taking a few more days off, so I called and left a message asking them to call me. I never heard back from them. My thought is that if a customer is giving you thebenefit of the doubt and is contacting you twice... then return the call! My summation of this experience is that they must not have needed my business.
